Philips Service Center — Poor service | |||
I had a problem with my Philips LED 32" TV... I had called up the costumer care and they had sent a mechanic. Later he had agreed to replace the part within 2 days. But its almost 2 weeks and they still didn't replace. Nowadays they are not even picking our calls. When they picked the call they had a rude and annoying behavior.
