[Resolved] Philips Tv — AKS 24X7 service center | |||
AKS 24X7 a service center in Bangalore had taken our Philips TV for service, when they returned (after replacing LOT ic as per them) - it had incorrect color which would not get tuned, repeated requests to them for checking it went unheard, finally the picture quality became very poor, when they came and took the TV again. And now they have started saying that Picture tube has a problem. We dont know if these guys are in fradulent practices. Need to have a check done upon them to ensure that innocent consumers are not taken for a ride in this manner. They need to be charged with malpractices and their process of parts replacements (concern is they are using spurious parts) and even their process of services needs to be probed into Was this information helpful? | |||
