Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Rahul Kothari am a user of Philips Make water purifier for the past 2 years. I have a family comprising of my wife and 2 year old daughter.
The said water prifier is not functioning since past 15 days. As i raised a request with the Customer Support , the call was duly recorded ( SR NO 203064 ) . I recd a message that the Technician will visit my home on 16 apr 2010.
On 16 th morning, i recd a call from the Technician ( from Dhule ) mentioning that he has already visited Nandurbar the previous day and because he has no other calls assigned , we will take a few days more to come here. I tried to perusade him to attend the call soon as my family is facing a lot of problem for Clean Drinking Water. He was not agreeing. As i further tried to reason with him, he, all of a sudden chaged Track saying " filter change karna padega, aapko chagres dena padega etc etc ". I quietly put down the phone saying why he is acting so unreasonable.
Since then, on twice a daily basis, we have been emailing/chatting/calling executives from Philips Customer Support to arrange for the necessary call. During our conversation with the exec, we came to know that the Distributor at dhule is giving a lot of Mis information to the Philips comany .
Yesterday, the company confirmed that the Tech will come today b4 1 pm. Till now no one has visited our place.
My family is facing a lot of trouble to get clean drinking water. It is terrible heat in nandurbar making the things worst. The family is under a lot of stress and harrasment due to this kind of Service. Plz Help !!

Philips - Water Purifier — Complaint not sortout.
I have purchased Philips Water purifier 2 & 1/2 year back. Recently the leakage problem arise in the purifier for which I lodged complain through customer care and the relevent SR no. are - 503364 ; 516554 ; and 522318.But the problem is still there and after so called repair the other
problem also started like not working of indicator.
And as per service man the said problem can't be repaired while he has changed one part of it in the name of solving the problem.
I could not understand, such small problem is not getting solved.
Should I approach local repair man as Philips co. can't repair their own product ?
Kindly guide.
