Phillips — Ridiculous customer service | |
Product - 29" color television. State - West Bengal (kolkata) Service Centre - City Service, Gouri Bari... I had purchased a 29" Philips color television on 17th February, 2009. The picture did not appear to be straight and had a visible bulge. I reported the issue to their helpline number. The technician who came to my residence tried his best to convince me that everything was fine. Only after i compared my television with the one next door was he forced to accept the issue. He told me that this issue could only be taken care at the service centre. They took the television, did nothing to it and sent it back with a crack on the front glass. I again complained to their help line number. This time they again took the tv to their service centre and told me to visit thier place so that i can show them my exact problem. When i tried to convince their technician about my problem they again reinstated that everything appeared normal to them. I request all of you not to purchase any Phillips product or else you will be in deep pain. Was this information helpful? | |

i feedoff my t.v .why meens tv is repear .i give complaind to chennai costemarcar center but nobady taken action.i want corict my tv or i want to surrounder tv. 21"ulterslem.
