The above statement given by Surya Kumar.He is the second employee of our organization. Five years back PickZy was start up and we were very much concerned about security of the organizational information.
He was trying to flick the source code and make it publish in the play store. Information of the clients and the organization are maintained highly confidential by scrutinizing the activities inside the organization through web cameras and special factor installed in each and every system. When we came to know about his unprofessional and unethical attitude he was fired immediately.

We will take all these feedback as an opportunity to resolve the issues and the let the people know what is actually happening in the Organization.Understand without any reason company will not fire the employees. Employees who feel inefficient and loss of power will give a negative comments, though not analyzing fact about them.
Organization is forced to fire them since they may not performed well (atleast average output) or they created any unnecessary problems.
