I worked in this company as developer, they have 30 to 40 staff who are mobile application developers. Director of this company is ratheesh & some useless fresher hr lady, who knows nothing about hr.
They have another - michael who does so called business development for ratheesh, the shocking part here is...The bd guys calls us/uk people without even knowing to speak good english. I sometimes think, us people give requirements to pickzy thinking that they are poor people in need of money after hearing the conversation from their bdm.
The worst part is this company has no hr policy or they dont follow labour law, they dont give payslips to employee.
If anyone asks for payslip, they will simply tell...Its against the company policy?? Wtf???
In this company bdm does all jobs including the one of hr - salary preparations, salary deductions, employee relations & grievance handling. He does it so well that all employees are either absconding, resigning or getting terminated because of his idiotic way of work.
They will cut 3% of your salary for using toilet, drinking water, drinking coffee, using air conditioning in office and for other office maintenance.
Either they will not give you the offer letter till you join, even after you join they will not give the offer letter & by gods grace if they give. It will not have sign or company seal. It can only be used as a toilet paper!!!
Beware! After you join you should start performing within 2 days or else you would be terminated. You will end up loosing your current job & loose this scam job also.
Everything is micromanaged here, they will even hear if you fart!
For using office internet on your mobile, just for checking mails or whatsapp they will deduct 2, 000/- to 5, 000/-
If you resign giving a proper notice period of 3 months, still they will deduct your salary for 1 or more month. If you ask them the reason...They would simply say...You must work here for minimum 1 year.
There are people in that office working for over an year, still they dont get any benefits which other standard companies offer - sick leave, casual leave, medical leave, annual leave.
Ratheesh &michael would only find ways to cut salary in all the possible ways.
Working hours - even if you die working in the office, it would not be sufficient for them. The get some work extracted even from your dead body.
If you or your dead body cannot perform you would be labelled as 'junk'
If you happen to get an interview call from this company...Please ask the below details...
1) what is gross salary?
2) what is take home salary?
3) what are the deductions you make in the salary? What is the salary take home after all possible deductions?
4) what are the working hours?
5) are the working hours flexible?
6) what is the leave & attendance policy?
7) what is the probation period?
8) if due to any reason, i happen to resign before completing a year...Would i still get my salary for the notice period served?
9) if due to any reason, i happen to resign before completing a year...Would i still get my releiving letter & other documents
10) would i get salary slips regularly & salary certificate whenever required?
Avoid joining this company to save your career! Lot have people have suffered already.

This response is to bring it to the attention that above comment was given by a Hr named Mr.Mubeen.W, Ex -employee of PickZy. PickZy hired him with huge some of CTC and moreover he said that he had recruitment consultancy and it was closed due to some financial problem, We offered him thinking that he would manage the organization by selecting right candidate for a right domain, but he recruited lot many candidates (wrong hiring for the positions) just to achieve the target to increase the employees count. It has come to the notification of the management and he was fired with in a month.
Our main motto is to deliver a quality output to our clients not just to increase the count of employees. So we were in a position to sack all unskilled candidate whomever he selected and filled in the vacancy with the experienced skillful employees.
Above comment was given by him since PickZy tarnished his fake mask and pointed out his actual capability.PickZy has taken this incident as a lesson and we started sieving the inefficient candidate in interview itself and the right talent will be offered using highly efficient recruiters.
