Dear folks,
We will take all these feedback as an opportunity to resolve the issues and the let the people know what is actually happening in the Organization.Understand without any reason company will not fire the employees.Employees who feel inefficient and loss of power will give a negative comments, though not analyzing fact about them.
Organization is forced to fire them since they may not performed well (atleast average output) or they created any unnecessary problems.PickZy give recognition to efficient resources and helps in growth of employees too, by giving a proper feedback.Our main motto is to deliver a quality work using our valuable and skillful employees.
