Really this is a fake company which is running 5 fake organisation under the umbrella of Pinga Solutions. Named -

If you want to Join Pinga Solutions then beware this company is not able to give salary at time. each salary you will get after 2-month means your one month salary always on hold. Apart from it if you will give resign in this company then the will not give you your salary as well. So if you will get a call for joining never join this company because this company is not able to satisfy it's client and employee as well. Also in first month you will get salary at time but after that bhagwan bharoshe hai...brothers.. Mai bhugat chuka hoon aap bach ke rahna is company se..

PINGA SOLUTIONS is not a good company...
• No career growth as there is no clients, no work.
• No incentive/ appreciation on the floor for performance
• No proper platform to expose one's skills and talents
• Discrimination is made with the employees. There is no value of the employees in the eyes of the management.
• No fix time for salary, as half of the employees get their share in the first week of the month, while some have to wait till the end of the month.
• Every month one have to plead for salary
• Management has never kept up to their commitments. Use and throw attitude of the management will lead the company to nowhere.
The so called management team consists of pati, patni and dewar, where all the decisions are made by the latter two, while the first one, the director is good for nothing.

All the allegations against this company made above are true.

According to me Government should take action against such type of fake companies. This company is using it's employee like a labor. Company is running under Pati, Patni and Dever i am agree from this statement. This Company is looting it's clients and not gives salary to it's employee.

Also this Company is running unregistered and fake departments under the Pinga Solutions umbrella this is only to save money from "Income Tax Department".

Income Tax Department have to make red on this company. Pinga Solutions Complaints are not fake. The rest employee working in this organization due to one reason only that Pinga Solutions will hold their salary...

Eastern Software Systems Pvt Ltd is a fraud Company. The HR Manager Gaurav Malhotradont know anything. He is only BA PASS and dont konw anything about hr practises and policies. He is a bad boy of the company. He torture the employees to pay the contract money or to singn a two year contract with the company of Rupees one lakh Rupees. Neha is also a Personal Seceretary of gaurav malhotra. She is also a very bad girl. She is katpotli of gaurav malhotra hands. The management of the company is not good. Yaha wahi kaam kar sakta hai jiske ghar mein 1 month ki salary ke bina roti nahi milengi.

Guys, is Pinga behaving the same today also.

I totally agree with you guys..and not only issue of Salary, Even ye log to technology v chodi se use karte hain aur to aur code chori ka hai...softwares v chori ke hain...

PINGA SOLUTIONS is not a good company it is absolutly a fake company all the management is just fake they are running a fraud company which should shut down very early so that the career is not spoil t of employees...
