[Resolved]  PLANET LPG STOVE — Negligence on part of retailer

Sir,
I had brought a PLANET LPG STOVE from a retail shop JANATA GENERAL STORE , Choudhury Bazar ,Cuttack -1 on 23/12/2009 . Since the date of purchase the gas stove is not functioning properly and and had to be repaired for about 8 times in 10 months. It is in the warranty period and on registering a complaint with the retailer we are getting a mechanic after 7-8 days.
I want to get this stove changed immediately since the retailer has given us a faulty piece and is refuting our demand
