Pleasure — Service Satisfaction | |||
Hi, I assume this as a feedback form for vehicle service satisfaction. I own a bike "Hero Honda Pleasure" (just bought at aug 2011), for my first service i had many problems in some authorized service centers and totally disgusted. As i had battery failure problem for couple of months i was troubling with kick starter. Actually saying, i just depended on mechanic sheds than Hero service centers due to the worst satisfaction. When i was in terrible situation, i found Vishnu Motors Porur, where i got awesome responses. Mr. Senthil Kumar supervisor, and Mr.Senthil Co worker and some other colleagues there did a fantastic job. I really thank them for their response. They indeed a boon workers for Hero. I suggested their service to my friends too. Customer satisfaction is essential for every product as well as services. They are the real heros i appreciate them and want to reward them for their kind response and responsive manner. Now i feel very proud of my Hero Product. Now i am happily leaving my bike for second service in Vishnu Motors! All rewards go to Mr. Senthils!! Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||

I Purchase Pleasure on 21st June 2012.
Within a one day My Engine is not Responding and also Pleasure is not stated by cell or kick.
How's strange..!! within a one day Engine Problem
Replace me that piece otherwise give me back my payment..

Pleasure — Request for refund of cash
We have purchased pleasure on 12th March 2013 from Shivang Automobiles, and we are facing issue with bike.We have visited workshop for more than 25 time and every time we have returned with satisfactions.
We are looking for refund of whole amount.
