[Resolved]  PLI — death claim is pending

i m hemant lad from chittor garh (rajasthan ) my mother & father was died in road accident 21 oct.2007 ...... i submit all document regarding post office department want to me...latest i submit my succession certificat before two month ago....20/07/2009...... and i remind two time in written latter i n post office department..give me my claim as soon as..... but no action... my father and mother policy no is.....40170/RJ/CS AND .....RJ/52463/CS.....
