Mera nam sanjeev hai. Main bhi pmegp loan lena chahta hun. Kya aap mujhe iske bare main vistaar se bata sakte hain. Kyoni agent alag-2 byan dete hai jisse main confuse ho chuka hun. I am lady registered under pmegp scheme. I want to clarify few points.
1) Is pmegp scheme only for rural or hilly area ?
2) Due to delay in procedure by KVIC or DIC or bank if any machine supplier denies or wind up his/her business or shows unwillingness to supply, then under such circumstances what should I do? Can I change the quotation or commodity to be purchased and produce fresh new quotation?
3) Once project report placed is sanctioned and if there is any alteration required then what are the legal provisions.
4) If bank or banker itself are not clear with norms and are regid what can I do?
5) I have a unit where I require 2 wheeler vehicle can I opt for it?
Please guide me with necessary legal advise at the earliest.

mera naam Avinash pathak hai or mein Patna mein ek Tattoo studio kholna chata hun jiske liye mujhe 500000/rs ki zarurat hai.PMEGP ke antergat kya Tattoo yani godna art n culture segment mein aataa hai pehla sawal, dusra ki mujhe is per kisi tarah ki rebate milega ya nahi, tisra agar milega toh maximum kitna loan or kis bank se lena hoga.Ek aur sawal ye hai ki tattoo traing ke liye bhi loan milta hai ya nahi?
