Union Bank Of India, Bhubaneswar — Poor service and Bad Behaviour

There is only one window for cash deposit and the person sitting on the counter works as per his wish.he talks and treat very rudely.Also the whole bank staff is always busy with their bank staf[censored]nion work.They tend to show off their dada giri.This all happens because its the same with the branch manager, he just turns a deaf ear to the customers complaints.I am planning to shift of my account to another bank.There must be atleast 50 other people who r going to do the same.

Sir,
I have taken home loan from your bank ( Union Bank of India, Ambala Cantt ) my A/C No. is 130053. My husband is suffering from acute heart problem. He was admitted in Metro Hospital, Noida. In Harayana, there is no medical aid provision for aided college employees. Also, irregularity of salary is there in M.P.N College, Mullana due to dispute of college managment with government which always creates problems for us.As a result, we are unable to deposit timely the instalment of the home loan.But, despite of all these problems we have deposited 2, 17, 000/- in 2007-08 and 35, 000/- this year. I hope you will understand our problems and will corperate with us. We will try our level best to regularise the instalment of home loan.
The Chief manager Mr. Harish Kumar Gupta is pressurising us by calling us and visiting us at any time again and again. He made my husband so phobic that today he had a acute Engina pain and was given treatment by Dr. Anu Jain (Heart Specialist). I hope that you will take stirct steps against this attitude of him as with this attitude of him my husband and me undergo some severe disease.
Please try to understand our problem and cooperate with us.

Individual ATm Card — Loss of ATM Card

I am VRS retired officer SBI. My ATM card has been missing since Saturday . No not known. Iissued by your SBI Saligramam Chennai branch on my CB account no SB[protected] .Message already forwarded to Saligramam branch. Hi Sir,

This is my corporate HDFC saving A/c [protected]FC.A/c has been blocked without informing me and after submission of proofs still no action has been taken.My money has got stuck in a/c and am not able to withdraw my money.After calling on customer care they didnt helped and refused to logde a complaint.Its a big time harrassment and sorry to say but this kind of services are not been expected from such a prestigious bank.Its a humble request to look into the matter.

Union Bank Of India Jalgaon — initial refusal for accepting advance tax payment and later misbehavior for for petty reason

initially nonacceptance of advance tax payment saying zerox of pan card is required.thus in a way sending the customer back.when other banks accept why not union bank jalgaon.in the second instance refusal saying the cheque should be of same bank or in cash.cheque of other bank will not do.afterwards on the third day misbehaviour on part of mr kirtikar saying we have not given the pincode and not mentioned the bank of whose cheque was given in a crude unhealthy manner on12/11/10.while accepting only they would have checked why grumble and misbehave afterwards.

Due to ongoing problems with PAN number being inadvertently quoted, branches have been instructed to ask for xerox copy of PAN card for the first payment of tax. Subsequently customers are requested to bring the previous receipt to ensure the PAN number is correct.

While cheques from other banks are accepted, the date of tax payment in such cases will be the date of realization not the date of deposit of cheque. Hence customers are encouraged to pay by cash or cheque of same bank.

my name jitendrashivhare has opened joint a/cwith my wife,but one week passed they haven't opened my a/c,there is not even to much work because it is new branch. on monday when i reached bk at 11.30 it was lock from outside and peon told that manager is not here gone somewhere.two time more faced same, i thought that it is there choice when to open and when to close.pls check after then and reqested that customer should not face problem.

Union Bank Of India, Nowgong Branch (Assam) — Theft from inside of the cash receipt window of Union Bank of India

On 24/05/11, I went to union bank of india, nowgong branch to deposit rs.100000 and rs.50000 in my current account no. [protected] with denomination of rs.100 and rs.500.I put the entire amount inside through the cash receipt window of the counter inserting my hand with two deposit voucher. Suddenly one person touched me on my back and told that my money is lying on the floor. I picked up the money but said person immediately left the bank. When I stood up, the cashier told me that rs.50000 is short. I argued with him but it was seen that rs.50000 was missing. Photage in cctv of the bank was viewed but the faces of the culprits & pictures were blurred. I also filled an fir with sadar police station, nagaon. Now from the incidence it is clear that bank is responsible for the loss. Moreover how it could be possible that the cashier DID not notice the 2ndperson/Thief who took away the money from inside of the counter. Cctv also proves this. So, I pray you to urgently look into the matter and also advise the concerning bank to compensate the loss occured due to mistake of the bank official. Please do reply as soon as possible.     I lost my ATM Pin and went for request to the bank but I was misguided by the staff. Then again I was been to the bank for understanding the correct procedure and system, but was not supported or guided instead of that the female staff of the branch abuse me and commented insulting statement on me. I think this not the way a bank should treat their customer. Why should we tolerate this arrogance and attitude of these young ladies(Bank staff)?
    A bank is no more a temple and bankers are no more almighty God, to whom we should bow down.
    I am a working lady and could not visit the branch again and again inspite no support or guidance.

          I have a salary account with UBI and I had approximately Rs. 12700 in the account. On March 3rd, 2010, I went to Tirumalgiri and tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from State Bank of Hyderabad ATM but the transaction was declined. Then I went to State Bank of India and could withdraw Rs. 5000/- from this ATM. Later, when I checked my balance it showed Rs. 3000/- instead of Rs. 8000. I went to Saifabad branch and filed a written complaint on March 4th. They asked me to wait for a week. I went to the branch again and I was informed to contact the customer service. On 12th March, I called the customer service and filed a complaint (Complaint# SRN 361105). They asked me to wait for 12 business days. I contacted the customer service again on March 27th and they asked me to contact the branch. I called 15 times today I am getting a run around here. Every time i call them, reps place my call on hold for almost 15 minutes. One rep named Sunitha was very rude to me. She did not allow me to speak to a supervisor and said that supervisor does not want the call to be transferred and was very unprofessional. When I said that I will file a complaint, she literally said, " Do what ever you want", . I told her that I will not disconnect the call until I get a chance to speak to a supervisor, she said, "Okay. Then I will disconnect the call", and disconnected the call immediately. This is totally unacceptable. I have been a customer to this bank since three years and is this the kind of customer service they offer me? I no longer wish to continue to be a customer to this bank. I just want my money of Rs 5000/- and the lady who spoke to me very rudely should be punished. This kind of service is not acceptable...Hope who ever sees this complaint is well educated, professional and understands my problem. I was harassed by the customer service. Please resolve my issue.

              Myself Neyazur and I'm working with a private organization Magic software Pvt Ltd, Noida sec-127 as a associate designer since 2 n half year, I'm belong from West Bengal and our family business is in Patna ( Bihar ).

              My Mother is in kolkata & my younger brother is studying in Hyderabad, both are holding a Saving account o[censored]nion bank of India,Patna Branch,
              Since 1-2 year, monthly I deposit money from Union bank of India (Branch- Nehru place), After every 6 or 7 month there policy change and they are not put the new rule regulation on notice board(just for formality a hand written notice they put on the counter glass). From last six month they added extra charges on Other state bank account 25 rupees for every deposit,and no any slip they provide to depositor.
              And today when I was try to deposit money to my mom & brother's account, they not accept one deposit . After asking the counter guy badly behave and say to me go to other branch and deposit money. We are not accepting your deposit.
              I'm never understand, without any information how could they misbehave like this.

              Also I was try to deposit money from Nodia Branch, same type of bad behavior problem happen there,The deposit timing is from 10.00am to 3:00pm maintain on notice board,but when I try to deposit they said the timing is now 9:00 am to 10:00 am,and they put a hand written notice on the counter glass. How disgusting this is.
              Why we are paying tax every year? Some one like this government people bad behaving with as without any reason.
              What I do to protest this type of issue.

                        Myself P.Sreenivas, is a SB a/c holder o[censored]nion bank of India, PESIT extn branch, Bangalore (Banashankari III stage)

                        on 27/02/2010, I have withdrawn a money of 13,000 in parts, but currently from my account i came to know that amount withdrawn is 16000/

                        This amount is withdrawn from State bank of Mysore, ATM, Gayathri nagar branch, Bangalore.

                        1st I took 10000 rs i got successfully transaction done, then i have given 3000/- for withdrawal, but the machine told the transaction is unable to process and i tried once again from another machine in the same ATM and i got 3000 RS withdrawn successfully, but when i checked my balance it was showing me 10000+3000+3000 i.e. taken 3 times which i have not got, i got only 13000 out of that..

                        i tried to contact toll free number of SBM but they suggested me to contact toll free number o[censored]nion Bank of India, which i am trying since 3 days but there was no response..

                          Dear Sir,
                          On 21/01/2010 at 5.45-6.00pm I tried to withdaraw Rs 2000/- from ATM located pratap vihar Ghaziabad, 3 to 4 times but transaction was unsuccessfull. Then I checked balance on screen that was Rs. 10,195.62 after that I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000.00 again but again unsuccess. Then I went to the PNB ATM located Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad and tried to withdrawl Rs. 2000.00, Rs.1500.00 & Rs. 1000.00 respectively but transaction was fail due to insufficient fund. Then I checked the balance and found Rs. 195.62. After that I went to the Union Bank Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad Branch at 6:10 pm on 21.01.2010 and complain for the same, but I did not got any proper response from them.
                          Next day 22.01.2010 at 11:00am I gave a written application to the branch manager for this matter but on that days I visited the branch number of times but they again again saying They have made a complain to the head office but not got any proper response.

                          So, please help me in the same matter ASAP.
                          Otherwise I have to take a legal step.

                            I'am a coustomer o[censored]nion Bank of india having account no.[protected].I have self created the login id on 09 feb 2010. and get the message that account will be active after 48 hours .but after 108 hours the account is not activated .I also call to helpline they tell me there is a technical problem .I advice them to take more time from coustomer .foractivation of there service.

I also use net banking.when i transfor money from own account to Third Party Account . Transaction Details - PLEASE SELECT DEBIT ACCOUNT. When I Click Debit Account my account number not arrived. I already register Third party A/c no in my above mention A/c. When I select Credit account than third party account number arrived. When I transfor money massage arrrive PLEASE SELECT DEBIT ACCOUNT.

                              Sir,
                              I WANT TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT AGAINST UNION BANK.

                              ON 27/1/2010 I GONE TO ATM MACHINE O[censored]NION BANK FOR BALANCE CHECK.
                              ON 8.42PM , I CHECK MY BALANCE AND ON RECEIPT IT SHOWN Rs 397/-
                              after seeing the balance . i almost got heart attack TYPE situation.

                              then after 8.45 pm , i again check my balance and that time it shown me my original balance of Rs 138058.99/-

                              SO. WAT TO DO NOW.

                                once i tried to withdraw the money from BTM layout branch o[censored]nion bank of india,Transaction was done but money was taken by the atm machine immediately,But i asked bank people to credit my a/c with Rs 800,they told me that there is no such transaction done on that date.
                                Today i withdrawal 5000.00 and my A/C in avail Balance is 10119.70 but my Avail balance is 4880.30.
                                In my main balance in 239 rupes Less.

                                    I am one of the candidates applied for ubi recruitment project 2009 for the post of officers.
                                    I got a email dated 7december 2009, sent at 7.25pm from one ubi personnel, asking me to report for interview latest by 12 December 2009 as per the interview venue displayed in their web site under the career page.
                                    As I have the habit of internet browsing atleast twice a day, i fortunately read this message around 10pm on 7 december 2009. As per their message, i referred the web page and found that my name was not in any of the lists(4list altogether in which 2 lists for selected candidates and 2 lists for interview short listed candidates).
                                    I immediately( around 1030pm on 7 December 2009, replied to the person informing him of my missing name in the list displayed in web site. The person replied me via his email dated 12 December 2009 sent at 145pm asking me to refer career page of the bank web site. I replied him again via email requesting his phone number and my interview place at 430pm on 12 December 2009. No reply from him till 730pm. I sent another mail around 8Pm requesting him to enlighten me what was the bottom line of these all. I have not got any reply so far.
                                    I so far come across only ubi, a govt establishment, informing of interview in barely 1 day time that too without informing the place of interview.
                                    I do not understand the issue. Whether anyone else faced similar situation please contact me via my email [protected]@yahoo.com

                                      i have submitted requisition for cheque book in lajpat nagar branch on 7 Nov 2009 . My account no is [protected]. even before that i was without a cheque book as the account showed i had 16 leaves with me. records were very old .i am sure a cheque would be lying in some corner . the bank taff was good enough to clear the entry. when i am paying for cheque book ,why should the bank have problems .i do not bank will respond . today the motto is advertize heavily so that inefficiencies get covered/hdden.

                                      i took my debit card on 12december2009 today is monday 14december2009 then also it is not working why my account name is krishna vishwakarma in union bank of india new account which was opened on 1december2009 please solve my problem my debit card is accepting in atm but cash is not coming it is writing sorry unable to process
                                      i have taken a loan from hdfc bank. my loan is approved but i have 16 cheque and i want to give total 36 cheque for loan.your union bank of india does not give me loan and does not give another 20 cheque. then what can i do?please give me answer.
