I am a S/B account holder in Indian Bank, branch Office at Ambur having branch code A-016, Last 4 months back i forget my pass ward of my debite card. I several times complaied to the branch Manager in person and given written complaints also. But till date I can't able to operate the accounts. So, please help me, how can I solve the problem.

SINCE THEN I AM TRYING TO CALL ON CUSTOMER SERVICE NO.[protected] BUT GETTTING NO RESPONSE.LAST I CALLEDE AT 1.15 PM WHERE THEY PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 MIN. AND THEN THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED.
IS THIS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE GIVEN BY PNB.
HOPE THE COMPLAIN WILL BE ADDRESSSED.
