[Resolved] PNB — money transaction failure

i did my transaction from an ATM and due to the problem of server ,my transaction was not been successfully done as the server for the bank was down.
so i wanted to do a complaint for my balance deduction for non-withdrawal of the amount from the ATM.

I WITHDRAW THROUGH PNB ATM RS.10000.00 ON 21/12/2011 BUT CASH NOT RECD BY ME AND AMOUNT IS DEBITED IN MY SBI LAXMI NAGAR BRANCH FOR RS. 10000.00 VIA ATM NO. 7417 OF PNB. IN THIS REGARD I HAVE MANY COMPLAINT OUR BRANCH SBI LAXMI NAGAR, NEW DELHI. I HAVE ALSO SUBMIT MY COMPLAIN AS PER ENCLOSED DOCUMENT.

BUT TILL DATE MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CREDITED FOR RS. 10000.00

PLEASE SOLVE MY COMPLAINT AND DO THE NEEDFULL ACTION.
