[Resolved] PNB And Axis Bank — Transaction declined but money debited from my account | |||
Dear Sir, I Piyush Sharma having account in Punjab Nation Bank Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, My A/C No [protected] , customer ID: GVB001349 used AXIS BANK ATM machine to withdraw Rupees 5000/- . I have not received any amount from ATM and I got a slip stating withdrawal transaction declined. and I got a message on mobile that a sum of Rupees 5020 has been debted from your account, here I am attaching the scaned copy of slip that came out from ATM and the mini statement .
