[Resolved] PNB ATM — ATM wrong debit | |||
Dear Sir, I sent a mail earlier also regarding the wrong debit of 6000 Rs. from my account two months back. I complained in the head office in meerut. I have done the net complained also. but i have not get my money back till now. This is a very wrong way of PNB bank. I want my money back as soon as possible. I would like to inform you that I am is a customer o[censored]nion bank of India.last few months, I was going for a transaction through PNB ATM Machine located here in Morar Cantt, Near Station CSD Canteen complex, Morar, Gwalior (M.P.).
I entered the amount of Rs 5, 000/- on dt 26 Sep 2012 through my ATM debit Card No [protected] i/r of Mr Vijay Kumar Singh but the machine no response.
After few minutes I have received massage on my mobile subject amount has been debited in my account but I have not received any cash from ATM and slip.
we have submitted the complaint on the same day at Customer Care UBI. But till date debited amount Rs 5000/- has not been credited in my account.
Kindly do the needful.

My Complain No[protected]. on[protected] Rs 5K debited in my account without disbursement of cash which was tried by my wife from her add on card at Bangalore. I send a letter to my Bank at Mumbai where i am having my account. So far no action taken. I am surprise that my heard earned money i can not use in emergency. I am a regular Tax Payer and very honest person. I could not digest this thing can happen in Banking Industry where all the system makers are highly educated. This is some short of cheating which is not acceptable and if not taken seriously I am intended to go to consumer forum.
