[Resolved] PNB — False deduction from my account | |
this is to inform you that i withdrew Rs.500 From icici bank atm on 08/04/2009 transaction id ATM/CWDR/S1CN2852/3907/[protected] but the transaction was cancelled due to network time-out and then i successfully completed the next transaction ATM/CWDR/S1CN2852/3908/[protected] of Rs.500 but the bank charged me Rs.500 extra which i have not taken.when i contacted my pnb branch they refused to help me out and told me go to icici bank and they also refused to help me out because i was not their customer. so wht i want is my Rs.500 deposited back to my account as soon as possible and for any further purposes my email is [protected]@hotmail.com. I have also forwarde this mail to the regional manager but there is no response from their side that is why i had to complain to the consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |

i have not received my debit card till now
If it is an network time out issue, the amount withdrawn from ATM-machine you have to claim the same branch from which you have withdrawn the amount the ICICI bank is responsible for the same as they have deducted the said amount from the account
In this case the other branches will not interfer for the same issue.
You are requested to contact Branch Manager for the same. Later, branch manager will contact the card cell department and get it rectified.
