[Resolved]  PNB — atm not functioning

respected sir my ac no is [protected] in the pnb near by gzb up
i have reissue the 3 atm debit card unfortunatly 1st atm was lost by me, 2nd atm forget my pin code and 3rd atm was not working properly a lot of sketch on the black strip
i want to again reissue the atm card with 100 rs penelty but the worker not activate my atm card they are saying that a person can issue only 3 atm
i know that i had a big mistake but i promise i will never lost this time atm card
i really need the atm bcoz i am a student of b.tech 3rd year i am face a lot of problem to recive the money from my home
plz sir give me a last chance
i have issue the 4 atm but bank manager not activate my atm card no is [protected]
please sir its my humble request that activate my atm card
