This is to inform you, that I have operated ATM of State Bank of Patiala Kotputli (Jaipur) Rajasthan for twenty thousand rupees in two Part (Ten thousand each). On Dated 28.08.2010.
Besides no cash delivery. I have received Payment receipt. Than I contacted SBP Kotputli Branch and lodged a complaint No[protected] Then Customer care directed me to contract my original Bank i.e. PNB Akhnur (J&K). They asked me to mail your complaint to CMD, PNB. I summited Email [protected]@pnb.co.in [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in but not any action, so i imform you.
Please do the needed ful. For making correction in transaction, I am enclosing my account detail.

i m suraj kumar from bihar. i am doing engineering from SKSJTI{ sri krishna rajendra silver jubilee technological institute} in bangalore. i want to take loan from pnb to continue my technical education. as i have applied for the loan from PNB branch named {TELHARA } in BIHAR.i have also submitted all the required documents and certificates.BUT the bank manager is making me to roam everyday around the bank.he is also making excuses from 2 months that his posting letter has come.he is also not passing the file to head department of loan.he is also harassing everyday.

i MADE A TRANSCTION ON DATED 6/10/10 FROM SBI ATM BAHADURGARH HARYANA AT THE LAST MOMENT ATM SHOWS TIME OUT. AND DEDUCTED 20K FROM MY ACCOUNT OF PNB [protected] AND NOT UPDATED MY ACCOUNT TILL DATED .PNB IS NOT HAVING ANY PROPER CONSUMER REDRESSAL SYSTEM LIKE ICICI BANK.

Dear sir/madam,

I am Nihar ranjan senapati from bhuaneswar city of orissa, having an account no in Panjab national bank. [protected] . yesterday night i tried to retrive money from my acount in the saheed nagar branch ATM. in transaction no is ATM/CWDR/N440 i did not received the mount RS.4200 cash but it is debited from my account. i called to customer care service . They told me this type of problem in happening and it will be solved in next 24 hrs. if in case it is not solved then give a complain . Till now it is not credited. and now i am not able to reach customer service . Kindly take the necessary action ASAP .

The following ATM Machines are functioning at all :

1. H.P. Petrol Bung, Virender Nagar ATM machine always not working.

2. A2 Block, Opposite to Chander Nagar ATM machine always not working.

3. Janak Cinema Complex ATM machine (ATM ID : D3150300) was not working yesterday night

4. Palam Village Bus Terminus ATM machine was not working yesterday night.

Why should the PNB make such huge investment on the machines when it can not maintain such things. Public money is looted. Please set correct the machines immediately and maintain it properly.

Refer to my saving account no. [protected] at PNB Rae Bareli, the bank have debited Rs 300/= On accont of QAB Charges from[protected] to[protected] (his ref S16594357 dated[protected] when bank has never given prudent sweep facility in my saving account and I always maintain minimum balance Rs5000/= and never given to any declaration to maintain above Rs5000/=

Hence you are requested please credit the same.

I had entered Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four thousands only) for withdrawal but when the money was about to come, sudden some failure in the ATM occurred. Later on when I checked the amount Rs.4000/- was debited from my account.

PNB ATM in the market of AD Block Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088.Every day in the morning u vl find Secrity Guard carrying on his daily routine viz tooth brushing, shaving, spunging himself, outside ATM premises.Moreover, the sweeper who clean the ATM premises, just clears the dustbin outside ATM leading to lots of bank slips lying scattered all over the open space in the market.It is expected from a good institution not to act irresponsibly and also to keep a watch that whatemployees representing them r behaving.Hope a corrective action

This was brought to the knowledge of senior bank official on teh e-mail ID of [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in on 29.09.2010 & then a reminder on 03.10.2010 but with no results.

We expect such financial institution to own some social responsibilities for the betterment of the common people but they r rather making things worse

Sir , I , Deepak Narayanan have opened an demat + online trading account with punjab national bank, New panvel branch. I had applied for generation of new Password by making an application to the bank on 3rd of September 2010 at the New panvel brach of Punjab National bank where i hold an account. The same has not been done till date. As of today there has been 30 days delay in a new password generation from the bank's end. Requesting you to take a strict action against the bank. Regards.

Not receiving the amount from the ATM
Dear sir,
i am having a Saving account in the punjab national bank,and its ac/no. [protected] by the name of Jai Bala Sharma.On date 8th September, 2010, I have used my atm card to debit the amount of Rs. 10000 from Oriental Bank of Commerce , Gajraula ATM ,but I have not recieved the amount,and whose transaction number is 8861.

and I have also made complaint for this in punjab national bank in Industrial Area branch of Gajraula,and I have called to the customer care for this,for which they have given me the complaint number 3438 1962 Dated 9th Sept, 2010,but I have recieved no response from them,and they keep making me fool that i will recieve my money next week,but I have not recieved a single penny from them.

Till the date of today i.e. 20 Sepetmber, 2010, I have not recieved my money.
So its an kind and generous request to you that please take appropriate action against the bank,it will be great help from you.

Sir,
It is to inform you that on 29 Aug 2010 at 17:13hrs.I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10,000/- from ATM of HDFC bank at sarojini nagar market but the transaction did not materialise . So i inserted the ATM card again but even for the second time the transaction did not materialise but an amount of Rs 20,000/-(TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY) was deducted from my S/B A/C NO:[protected]. I booked a complaint No. 34046462 immediately at the call centre. I was told that the amount will be credited back to my a/c in 12 days but it is regretted that even after 13 working days the amount has not been received back.
kindly take immediately action to retrieve my amount as i am in dire need of cash.

This is Mohan Prasad.i have an account in your pnb branch new kondli..sir i took a atm card 4 months ago,and it could not start till now. when i use it the atm machine show a message enter your password again and again not showing any other message like password is wrong or anything else.......when i made contact to my local branch they said that everything is correct.than i called to customer care they said same thing...

I have a saving account with PNB since Oct'05. My name is Mithilesh Kumar Sinha. I added My wife Reshma Sinha as joint account holder with this account in 2007. My account has been transfered from Sarvodya Enclave, New Delhi to Dwarka Sector 10 on July 2010. I have a good experience with PNB but at the first chance there is an unique problem occured today. I received a call from PNB, Bhikajikama Place Branch[protected] regarding my cheque no. 954246 of Allahabad Bank, Lajpat Nagar Branch for Rs. Ten Thousand which is going to return due to the mismatching of Name in Cheque "Mithilesh Kumar Sinha" and in account only "Mithilesh". When I recall the same no. and request that my name is Mithilesh Kumar Sinha not only Mithilesh you may check my detail wef 2005 but the person was not ready to listen me & disconnect the call. Then I call customer care who advise me to disconect the call and recall 6 button. I tryed so many times but the no is still busy therefore I am sending this mail to you. I want punishment of the responsible person who convert my name from Mithilesh Kumar Sinha to only Mithilesh. My a/c no is [protected].

Myself is jagannath Sharma having a pension account being account no-[protected] with Punjab national bank Simli (Bihta Branch)
My relationship with this branch is approx 30 years with another saving bank account.
Sir,
My service pension has been revised vide PCDA (pensions) vide their Corr PPO No.C/CORR/ENG/32926/2010 PPO NO 16989/2006dt 18 Jun 2010 and copy has been forwarded to PNB,Patna Main Branch. Then after the same copy is forwarded to my base branch Bihta.When i visit the branch for the same query the behaviour of the branch official including the branch manager is very same full. First of all they replied the person looking for this segment is coming once in a month so any work related with pension he will look into it.
On 4th Sep 2010 I came to know from the entry of my pension pass book that my revised pension, arrears and capitalized value has not been credited its only 18362/- only even after two months of receipt of above PPO in their banks.
When ask about the detail of 18362/- they refuse to tell me. When i ask about the rest amount they are misbehaving with me.Actually i want to give your kind attentions in this branch few officer are working for very long time they do not worry about us. They don’t have any time table the branch opens at 11am and closed on 4pm.
Sir one thing more i want to know from your side that a pension account could be joint or not. In this account they refuse to joint my wife’s name by saying the pension account is not joint but my knowledge is by the guideline of RBI single account should me a nomination otherwise it should be a joint account. But there is no nomination for this account also.
Sir i am suffering form the branch due to his misbehaviour relationship i am mentally harass as i am senior citizen unable to go to the branch regular basis. I have plan for purchase a land in my town i have done the agreement. The land owner is regularly demanding for the money and ii am waiting for the same by the bank.

I had oprated ATM located near punjab national bank Aashiana Branch Lucknow in Khazana Market Complex on 03 August 2010 to withdraw Amount of Rs2000/=00 .However the Amount was not received due to fault in ATM.and the Amount was though debited to my Saving Bank Account No[protected].The matter was reported next day ie on 4th August 2010 in writting to the punjab national bank Aashiana Branch Lucknow but inspite my repeated visits to Bank nothing could be known from them. I request that atleast I should be informed the present status of the transaction.
