DEAR SIR,
MY ATM CARD WAS LOST. I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT AND GOT MY DOCATE NUMBER. ON WHICH PNB PHAPHUND ISSUED ME A NEW ATM CARD ON[protected]. AND BRANCH MANAGER TOLD TO ACTIVATE IT WITHIN 72 HOURS. BUT TODAY TOO ON[protected] IT IS NOT ACTIVATED.
I REQUEST TO B.M. FOR 4 TIMES TO ACTIVATE IT. BUT HE IS NOT TAKING ACTION. SO I REQUEST TO TAKE EFFECTIVE ACTION.

i opened my icici account in delhi on 5 or 6 may till date my atm is not working
my account no[protected] plz. take it urgent
