[Resolved] ponds — half empty bottle

I bought Ponds gold radiance day cream, i found that bottle was not properly filled, more over it was less than 25ml mentioned on bottle. I found this when i opened the bottle from below and found that bottle was mostly empty from inside and it has plastic base which starts much above from its actual golden cap at the below of bottle. Is company misguiding its customers.....

m subhash patel frm gujarat ... nd i m use last 2 year ponds creem in my lipss ... so this creem damege my lippss nd make so very black nd burn my lipss ...

receipt no[protected] dated 24 june 2011 at The falsh courier 33 kashmiri market near shankar market new delhi the above one kg packet did not delivered i had many time personally visit at your above mentioned agent shop but could not trace out my courier i have again requested to you please delivered my cosmetic item or return me back.
