Unprofessionalism on Instagram
Recently there was a contest on the official instagram page of "Pondsindia" . And I was among one of the winner. After that they asked for certain details like email address etc. For which I cooperated too.
But now it's been about 3 weeks And still now I haven't received any information whether it's been dispatched or not.

Ponds face wash is not in good quality as I buys early
Hi,
I'm using ponds charcoal face wash regularly. This time I buys it in appollo medicals and checked the expiry date also it's till 2023 but the inside cream is not good. It is not like a paste it's like liqiud. I think the product is expired with the current date. Kindly take necessary action against it.

half empty bottle

I bought Ponds gold radiance day cream, i found that bottle was not properly filled, more over it was less than 25ml mentioned on bottle. I found this when i opened the bottle from below and found that bottle was mostly empty from inside and it has plastic base which starts much above from its actual golden cap at the below of bottle. Is company misguiding its customers.....
