[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance — no payment of 2nd survival benefit

i have already sent original pli policy certificate to pli cell new delhi through 1644 fpo on 20 jan 2011.my survival benefit date was 04 feb 2011.but still not getting any reply or money from them.my policy no APS-AE-316640-A.please do needful.

Subject: regarding no payment of 2nd survival benefit and original PLI Policy bearing Account No HY-AEA-75499-CS after completion of 09 years

Respected Sir,

With regards, I would like to bring to your kind notice that

I am having a PLI Policy bearing account no.HY-AEA-75499-CS favoring Bijender Kumar Chutani, the installment of which s deposited @Rs.675/-p.m.by me regularly in your post office.
With reference to the defined terms in the policy, a refund cheaque of 20% of the total amount Rs. 1, 00, 000 after completion of nine years on 24th May 2011 as 2nd survival benefit was released for which the original Policy along with the specified form was received by the Post Office: Sector-7, Faridabad and the same was forwarded to your office vide PSRLA6546 dated 19th May 2011as per the acknowledgement.
Till date I have neither received payment of 2nd survival benefit nor the original policy or any information as well.
Kindly treat it as an alarm to recall your memory for the above said request to issue me a cheaque along with my original Policy as early as possible.

I have PLI Policy bearing No.AP-185 248-CC on its maturity I submitted my PLI in the month of Jan, 2011 at RawatBhata, Distt. Chittourgarh(Raj) and the same has veen sent by Chittourgarh Post Office to Jaipur Chief post office on 20.01.2011. Till date I have not yet received my final payment. What further I have to do.
