I took pli policy on 1995 while I was working at thiruvannamalai.But now it is due to mature. I lost my bond while transfer from here and there.Now i want my policy amount.what to do

Regemental No.[protected] Name -Constable Sajeesh K M
I took pli policy on 2001 while I was working at border security force, indore (MP) through pli agent.The amount Rs 395/- was deducted from my salary every month from Jul'2001 on above account/regimental number.The original policy bond lost during while my transfer from Indore to J&K.
It is requested to inimate my policy number and procedure of obtraining duplicate pli policy for our record and necessary action please..
