[Resolved]  Postal Service — Non-receipt of posts

I am staying at Kaloor in Ernakulam Dist. in Kerala State. For the last one month I am not receiving any post. Earlier also there were problems like this and when I enquired with the concerned Post Office, it was told that there were changes in the Postmen which caused the delay. Later, the problems were solved. Now the same problem is repeating and it has become a regular practice. Since some important letters and hall tickets of exams are to be received, the delay in delivery of posts will cause irreparable damage to us.
