[Resolved]  Postpaid — penalty regarding late payment of bill

Dear sir,

You have charged Rs-50/- regarding late payment of bill for the period of 24/08/08 to 23/09/08. But as discussed earlier with Customer Care regarding the non receipt of bill for the above said period within time through service request no. [protected] and got reply that no late penalty will be levied. But when the same bill has received the late penalty is added. So you are requested to waveoff the late penalty.

You are also requested to provide a valied customer care number for further communication.
