[Resolved] Postpaid SIM — document is not updated | |||
Unsatisfied with the services This is to inform you that I ported my airtel prepaid connection [protected] to postpaid Reliance Postpaid before 10 days. My sim was activated on 1 of july'13 but since that day my services are barred. On repeated complaints to Reliance Customer Care as well as in Reliance Web World, my service is not activated yet. It's really disgusting when customer care executives keep on telling different thing for a single issue and the issue is not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
