My Name is Pawan Kumar, Customer No. 631552, Address: Door No. 8A/1, Gandhi Cross Street, Taramani, Chennai-600113. 1. First I faced for booking gas cylinder that time I got My Customer No. is Wrong. 2. Then I booked for Refilling the Cylinder. But did not received from last 2 months. 3. Some body told Your door was locked. We are 24 hours in home. 4. Then New Update booked on online through mobile. I received message: a. Your HP Gas Refill Booking is Accepted. Booking Number is 204546. Pending refill Booking cleared upto 24 April. b. Again I complaint then give to me Booking Number 207144. Pending refill Booking cleared upto 30 April. c. Ref. Hpgas Booking No. 207144 Your Refill will be delivered within next 48 hours. Cash Memo no. 12829. d. Yesterday I received message. Your HP Gas Refill is already delivered vide Cash Memo number is12829. But I did not received. Now I call on your online mobile then there is Tamil Language. How Can receive Refill Cylinder. I booked my gas Refilling, I am still waiting from last month. There is no option to know about the status. Most of the time I have been facing this type of problem. If you have any permanent solution pls help me.
