[Resolved]  Premier Gas Agency (Hp) — Refill Gas Cylinder not give without follow up

I booked gas refilling on 30 Dec 2011, I got Booking No. 272686; Pending refill Booking Cleared upto 13. Dec. 11 at Premier gas Agency.

Again I received one message for Ref: Hpgas booking no. 272686 you refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs. Cash Memo no. 142841 Cash Memo Date 12 Jan 2012.

Again I received one message: HP Gas refill delivered on 13 Jan 2012vide Cash Memo no. 14281. If not received, please provide your feedback on [protected].

Still I am waiting for refilled gas cylinder, I followed up above number but this one is computerizing number, here I couldn't complain or ask the status.
I called lot of times in Premier Gas Agency (HP) but nobody pickup the phone.

One big problem with me whenever I booked for refill the cylinder, after that I got message refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs. After that I follow-up local black seller (broker), they give to me delivery after 10 to 20 days or more, when I follow-up regularly. This one is big problem with me please help me. Now I did not received my refilled cylinder.
