But till noew netiher the recharge is done nor I received any message. Prepaid Mobile Recharge — prepaid not affected

I have recharged my mobile on 2nd February for Rs.333. I got the confirmation from airtel also. But the amount is not credited to my mobile. The payment ID is[protected]. Please let me know the status.

please call the customer care and tell them the matter. they will take due action. even once i have faced the same matter. i charged for 3 month net connection and i got my net connection after 4days.

Prepaid — recharge not received

dear sir,
i recently made 2 recharges from online vodafone store of rs.50/- each on my number.i received recharge for only one of them and hav still not received the other one.please look into the matter
