[Resolved] Prestige Smart Kitchen — Poor quality of products and pathetic after sales service | |||
Sir, I had purchased the Prestige Induction Cooker from Vishesh Associates ( D No: 6-86, Opp Gulmohar Park, Seri Lingampally, Hyderabad -500019. Ph:[protected] on 06/03/2011. The dealer was all sugar and spice while making the sale. But within 3 months, the appliance developed a problem. On switching it on, it blew the fuse of the entire house. We approached the dealer who said that it could not be repaired on the same day and they would get it repaired by a special serviceman who comes every Wednesday. The dealer promised to give us a call on Wednesday. However we did not recieve any call till Saturday. When contacted, the dealer was evasive and asked us to come back after 2-3 days. Was expecting better service from a brand like Prestige but now I have resolved never to buy another product from the brand. Still awaiting any word from the dealer.
