Principal Mutual fund — Principal Mutual fund IPIN not received

I have forgotten the IPIN for my holing under Principal Mutual Fund (Folio# 54449751; Scheme name: Principal Tax Saving) and reapplied IPIN on 26/1/09 for my Folio # 54449751. After waiting for more than one and half month, i got reply from principal customer care that they can’t issue IPIN as my broker is ICICI web trade.

But the fact is that last time they issued me the IPIN after I submitted the ICICI direct NOC to Principal AMC.

I contacted principal customer care several times, but all went in vein.

May be they haven’t updated their database, but why should customer suffer because of their laziness.
I checked with ICICI direct and got written reply from then that principal mutual fund is transferred out from ICICI direct.

Last time also I had tough time to get IPIN, and this time it has gotten worst.

Could you please help me out in getting the IPIN for my principal holding? Below is the detail of my holding:
