[Resolved]  Principal Mutual fund — KYC Status folio: 53595601

For past few months I have sent numerous requests to update the KYC status on my above mentioned folio. Below are the details for follow-up which I have done

Initially I sent request to Karvy, Pune office (FC road) in the month of 2-Sept 2008 through courier to update the KYC status (I sent CVL’s acknowledgement copy of KYC), which was received by the Pune branch, as with that courier I had also sent the request to update the nomination for the same folio and nomination got updated, but KYC status was still pending.

After waiting for almost one month, I personally submitted the KYC details to Principal Mutual Fund, Pune branch around 1’s Oct 2009, still nothing got happened.

Then I tried to do the follow up on telephones/emails after sometime I got letter from Principal AMC that you have to submit the KYC request through the broker, so I again submitted the KYC details to broker (India Infoline) in first week of April 2009, then I again waited for 15 days nothing got happened, I did follow-up and got the update from broker that they has already submitted it to Karvy, but it will getting update soon, as Karvy is having some issue with their systems (broker has the acknowledgement copy which they submitted to Karvy), but when I contacted the Karvy, Pune office their initial response was that they have not received anything on this and not sure for the same.

I am not sure how to rate your service, so I am sending you this email as a complaint, please look into this matter seriously; I am going to take this issue further if there is no response on this issue.
(I have already submitted the complaint against the AMC for not taking care of the services which they are providing us through different channels like Karvy in this case)
