Dear Sir,

I am in Coimbatore.I usually use 1C private Bus (Vadavalli to Ondipudur).Some conductors are collecting the money but they didn't give the tickets.Take action as soon as possible.

Sub: Complaint – Regarding – Route buses

We the association of Chinmaya nagar, submits the complaint regarding our bus route services. Our Area is one of developing areas in Chennai, Now it is vast developed because of the Koyembedu Market and Bus stand. Here more than 30, 000 to 40, 000 peoples were living; this kind of huge mass of peoples (Virugambakkam, Chinmaya Nagar, Elango Nagar, Natesa Nagar) in our society. We still lagging and unsatisfied with your Bus services.

We use to complaint about the inconvenience of the Bus service in our area. Many bus services has been stopped without prior notice and some buses has been diverted to another route. So, this become very inconvenience and uncomfortable to travel from one place to another place. Today, Our Government and Transport Corporation have taken more steps to solve our publics complaints regarding the facility of the bus services and the new routes have been introduced also.

But, still we didn’t receive any new routes or the bus service has not been increased. If our peoples want to travel from our place to Mylapore, we have to go by two to three buses. But, before we travel by one bus directly. I used to give the details regarding the changes and the services have been stop are as follows:

These Bus route has been stopped without prior notice, these routes which was very frequent to us. Most of the peoples were working in KKNagar, Guindy, Adayar 5D and 49C which was very much useful to travel. 17T Route number is one bus service which is very much useful to go to Nungambakkam, DPI, ShastriBhavan, and Egmore. For this bus we have to travel by two buses from our place. 13C Route is very much used for to travel to Palmgrove, Royapettah, Beach and for Madras University, this which is very uneasy to travel nowadays to travel in 25G route because of Full rush, so you can make an arrangement to provide the Bus service again to our route. 15H and 115 Bus route service which is very useful to go to Alwarthirunagar, Valasarvakkam, Porur, Iyyapanthagal, Poonamalle from our place without any disturbance, But nowadays it is not easy to travel from our place because of heavy rush from Vadapalani dippo to Porur, Iyyapanthangal, Poonamallee.

We again request you to provide and continue the Bus route again to our area.
The Bus service From Tiyagaraya Nagar to Tiruverkadu 27C has been diverted to MMDA Colony route, Most of our area Students were studying in Maduravoyal, Vanagaram Colleges, This bus service which was very much used to travel in quick processing and the bus service has gone for more than 20 years in our route, Suddenly it has been diverted to another route from last 4 years back, which gets us very much irritated and we complained in Vadpalani Dippo and T.Nagar Dippo but they didn’t responses our words. So, Sir, you have to take the action to continue our routes in the same way.

We are still lagging back in the transport facility, Koyembedu market and Koyembedu Bus stand and is on the way but we don’t have any transport in time to travel to bus stand immediately. We have to wait for long time to catch the area. By this we had lost many things in our privacy.





We request you to take action, and please introduce new routes in our areas which will be very much helpful to our peoples. Our Area (Virugambakkam, Elango Nagar, Natesa Nagar, and Chinmaya Nagar) Residential peoples request you again to consider our valuable message to your kind. Introduce the new routes in our area are Tambaram, Kovalam, Guduvanchery, Kelambakkam, Avadi, Perambur, Manali, Minjur, Tiruvottiyur, Ennore, Ponneri, Tiruninravur, Poonamallee etc., These area which our peoples were working and student’s were studying. Please consider our request sir.

Private and public bus service — bus is not stopping

We are working near village Toorbanjara which is abount 23 km from Sangrur on Sangrur Patran Delhi Road. There are so many buses on this route out of which many are having route from Sangrur to Patran and back. These byuses have stop at Toorbanjara and on many of private buses this stop is written on the ticket. But most of buses are not stopping at this stop. The fare is Rs. 16.00. So even if we calculate the revenue neglected by these buses are come to very high.

727 BUS SERVICE FROM J.L NEHRU STADIUM IN THE MORNING IS V SLOW WE HV TO WAIT FOR HALF AN HR AND FROM THAT AREA OF DEFENCE COLONY ONLY THIS IS THE BUS SERVICE TOWARDS TO ANDREWS GANJ, SOUTH EXT.

KINDLY IMPROVE THIS 727 BUS SERVICE FROM JLN STADIUM TO AVOID IN DELAY TO REACHING AT OUR PLACE IN THE MORNING.
