There is a college named Annamacharya in hyderabbad location near ramojifilm city is increasing the bus charges for the poor students. Request to instruct under waht legality they are doing this..??

Four buses go to Malout from my village Bhiti Wala. My mother is a heart patient. I explained to him, but he didn't listen to us. Her defeat increases the mother's heartbeat. Please ask them to blow small horns. I will be grateful to you. Your confidant.

I have boarded my bus at 11.40 it travelled only 20 kms and bus got stuck and till now the repair is haven't happened I have to reach my office before 10 AM who will take the responsibility if the right time is 9 they could atleast arrange a bus or cancel my ticket the driver knows that the bus is repair condition how they are allowing. The price of the ticket is also more and the operator also speaking rudely

I booked a ticket to hyderbad from Bhimadole, Andhra Pradesh, But The bus driver or the person who is taking care of tickets was very rude while enquire about the timings and stop details. He used worrest language of country side. I complained to the bus owner after searching is number in google. Due to that reason they didn't stopped the bus at my station and went. I requested the refund but they refused to give the refund also.

Very rude and arrogant people are maintaining Sri Atluri Travels . If you want to travel with elders or families be careful.

My name is Venkatesh . Travelled Virudhachalam to Bangalore via MTC travels on 29th May. Bus journey started at 11:45PM from Virudhacham. After corssing salem near to Krishnagiri bus got broke down. After two hours of wait. Driver informed bus cannaot be repaid and he infomed all passangers to make their own arrangement to travel. And he informed they will refund the amount. After 5 days aslo I haven't received my refund and they are not responding properly. BUS No: KA-01-AG-4556

Im a student and was traveling from adoor to thengumtara junction by a private bus named harisree (time - 11 am) . The conductor was extremely rude especially to senior citizens as they were taking time to get on the bus because the driver was competing against other buses. The bus was overspeeding. The didn't let me get off at the right bus stop.Before the passenger has boarded the bus, the conductor was blowing his whistle and thereby putting the passenger in trouble. They were behaving with them very insolently and was using unparliamentary languages. I request you to draw attention towards this matter as it is extremely dangerous.

I was travelling to mangalore through private bus, Bus name mercy travels bus number KA.51.AG.4451 on 1st march the next we were about to reach manglore till 8am bust because of there time waste and luggage offloading and they got late so they drop us in between Udupi and told we can’t drop you at your place we are getting late the bus staff person told us so they are putting us on another bus they will drop you
me and mom were travelling together with a lady it’s difficult for her she’s old and also it’s like a mental torcher neither they are giving the refund neither they apologise for their mistake and throw us on another bus they are many people who are facing this problem through this private mercy travels bus please take some action regarding this

My bording time is at 11:05pm I called thm and I asked about the timing they said that they were at brundavan gardens and it will take some time to reach the boarding palce I asked them to call back when they were at near to the boarding point after 30 mins( 11 PM ) I called them they said we crossed your boarding point you have to contact the travelling office, I said please stop there i will contact your travelling officer and I will join From there but he refused. So finally I went to the office and from there I had travelled to 35KMS and reached to catch the bus on Highway. Still they are arguing with me.

Mandsaur to nagda 200 par passenger charge and ticket is not

We were traveling in a car and this bus KL 56 V 3546 overtook us from left side nearly damaging our car and compromising our safety

I booked bus from jaipur to haldwani . Timing was 8 PM however
I was continuously calling to bus conductor because Bus was not present in mentioned address he was keep misleading us and telling lie, bus reached 8:31 pm on mentioned address.

They take more time then they mention on online portal..as they mention Ahmedabad to rajkot reaching time around 4 hours but they take around more than 6 hours to reach rajkot...it's time is 4:40 to 8:45.
As we told the driver about time they behave rudely...((plz take action to this private bus))

My ticket was booked from Ahmedabad to Jaipur..

After reaching at pick up location, .. I was unable to connect Marshal... As per Customer care executive. Bus was running late.. 2 hours delay..

After confirmation of delay in bus . I went at some other place..

At sharp 8:30 bus marchel called me for pickup which was previous time..

After confirmation.. with customer care executive... That was miscommunication.. from there side.

At last i missed my bus

Actually i have booked my bus ticket from proddatur to Bangalore through yatra app they have Given bus timing at 7:40 pm and the bus operator strated calling from 6:30 I can't reach there and bus went off early at 7:10 and when I called him the bus operator started talking in abuse manner and talking rudely and i need my refund as soon as possible

Non stopping of private buses in authorised bus stop sreenarayana industry stop which is in pattambi palakkad highway... Many of people suffers a lot due to this behaviour of private buses..

playing 18+ songs, Infront of School childrens; which is Against the Passenger vehicle Transport Rules .

{2nd complaint}::-

drove the bus, before we getting down of the stairs
which is also condemly against the rule❗

{3rd complaint}::-

Ticket price scam. i always Get ₹8 ticket for my stop, but he gave ₹10 ticket for me... & he told "This is the New price"
but same bus i travel On same morning ticket price is ₹8 but on same day evening ticket goes to ₹10

I am traveling on 6th December, 2021 in the Bananchal Express bus, which number is WB55A 1995.
I picked up the the bus from Manbazar, Purulia, west bengal and my destination was Kolkata, Dharmatala.
Today here is heavy rain falling and the inside of the bus condition is very bad. My seat number was 39 and whole seat is wet. But unfortunately I have not any kind of option to chang the seat. Even when I talked to the conducter to alteast provide a terpoline above the bus, the the conductor advised me to get out from the bus.

Sir whole passenger including me was helpless.

Kindly do the needful action

During travel from Delhi to bhind in bus no UP 75 AT3332 bus driver n colleague behaved poorly with some ladies n ask them to out from bus in a middle of way before reaching bus stop in bhind, after much chaos they have to dropped

I was given 100 to conducter and taken ticket the ticket price is 30 and she not gave me 70 rupees. Thank you

We took a private bus service from naini, Prayagraj (211008) on 20.08.2021at 10:00am. That charges Rs 120/- per head but other passengers were saying ticket charge is 112/- and they are charging more. When we asked for ticket, they said there is no provision for ticket issuance in private bus service of this route. In manda road, they dropped all the passengers of Manda to Mirzapur. When we inquired for that, they started arguing that we are not charging extra money, this mini traveller, from which they already had tie up, will drop you people. We used bus service on Punjab State but never faced such issue. I am very sorry to see such a pathetic condition of services in UP, People here are compo rising. I request you to take a strict action, so that it will never happen in future and people, the tax payer can travel without any problem. Bua details are as- UP 70 DT7588

I am traveling with NILAMADHAB bus.
I already booked sit from the before night still they are not giving the proper sit. And claim to book a sit from beginning point to reserve a sit. And with this they are not giving proper service after saying repeatedly..

The bus number MH47 AS 3795 was drive very rash and hit the side box of my two wheeler.
This is a usual practice of the buses and even the traffic policeman saw but didn't say anything as there was heavy traffic.
This is near Times of India service lane. How could buses be allowed to take service lane.
Please take some action.

I am thankful to make my ticket online with abhhibus.com and my first journey was very easy n smooth from Basti to Delhi on 12th march in intercity smart bus service
but while returning from Delhi to Basti that I booked again from abhibus.com in intercity smart bus service that was on 16th March at 10.15 pm .wednesday but they change the timing at 8.30. and didn't even infromed and didn't make a call regarding this change and before departing from anand vihar again did not make to inform to leave. so it has lapsed that was a very bad experience on this journey. We are travelling in Mahasagar travels GJ 03 0700 from veraval to Baroda & near about 3 am bus stops due to some leakage on disel filter.. as it stops for more than hour we asked one person who is handling it & he said he is in police & directly associated with the service owner & behaved very rude & also said very bad words when asked about the reason & asked for the refund. He said his name is Dilavar. This is what you can expect from a private bus agency... Not giving even reply properly that when bus will be repaired. After 1 & half hour bus got repaired.
