A private bus from Bangalore to Hosur. The driver and conductor are not in uniform.Form Silk Board to Hosur the fare is just 40₹ but the conductor is getting 50₹ and he is not issuing the ticket also. He is forcefully collecting money form people once they are boarded. If anyone asks about ticket he speaks like threatening and abusing

Bus dat runs from ayarkkunnam to cherthala through kallara is not keeping correct time at kallara in the morning (7.05am) . They are interested to competate with ksrtc bus instead of taking passengers from bus stops. The passengers have so much difficulties to get another bus bcoz buses are very rare in dis route. Plz take adequate action . Thank u

I have booked ticket on 10th november 2016, from kathipudi (East godavari dt) to hyderabad for svk tours and travels, ticket number-tjc[protected], pnr number — ts-rb36310761wdg/11492/svk.. The boarding point is kathipudi at night 11:30. I was waiting for the bus but the driver didn't stopped the bus at the boarding point. He just passed away from me. And i tried calling to the number given in my ticket, no one responded for the call. After few minutes i got call from driver stating that the bus is in other place which is 7kms far from my boarding point. He asked me to come there.in that late night i cant find any mode of transport to go that place. Lastly i got auto, he charged me 300 for 7kms. I was helpless at that moment. And that irresponsible driver was saying that it was my mistake to take auto for 300 rupees to catch the bus.

First of all it is his mistake for not stoping the bus at boarding point. When asked that point, he reckless responded me. He said that he will return my amount and asked me to board other bus. What a stupid he is. Late night 12 how can i get into other bus. What a behaviour of this private travel drivers.

Hello private travel owners u r responsible for this. Your staff is so irresponsible towards the passengers. Who will pay me the auto charge of 300 rupees which i have spent uselessly. Without my mistake i need to face all this nonsense.

On the date of 31st October from madurai to chennai, bus rates are very high.Usually everytime these buses are chraging more than the actual rate.
I have attached some of the screenshots with this.This is applicable on Diwali night also from Chennai to other places.(29th october)
Please do the needful so that the people will not suffer from this

In all omni busses they are taking very high rate for tickets
gov is telling all are warned but boldly they are taking from bangalore to coimbatore its max 500

but they are taking upto 3000
who will ask
may be all are getting commission
at least if any one offier doing his work right this wont happen people no need to suffer


i know this also just a eye wash only
but what to do i can do only this

I am siddharth sharma a responsible person of that country and i am a student study in mba course.
The problem i face when i returned from my college to noida.
I am coming from greater noida to noida by noida expressway.
By bus of orange colour no. (Up 81 bt 5556). A counductor charge rs25 instead of rs 23. Thats not the problem, but the behaviour of the counductor is very bad towards people and i gave rs 100 to him for ticket. And for the rest amount he tell me take it at botanical garden metro station. And when i reached i demand for the remaining amount he denied and not giving me the rest amount (Rs 75).
So, please take action against that bus. And i want to check the registeration of that bus. Because i thnk they run that bus illegaly.
And also he can't give rs 5 as change to many person. When they stand outside the bus and demand for the rupees the run bus. And same thing with me.
So, may i request to check aginst the bus and take necessary action. So in future on one can think to do about that.

I am parsuram shial from bhubaneswar, odisha .
It my own complain about that, i was traveling on dt: 19.04.2016 by a private bus(Name- ajaya (Normal a/c) )from baripada station square to bhubaneswar rasulgarh square.
In that traveling i was facing harassment of bus fare due to conductor demand excess amount 520/- for tow person,
That means per customer 260/- for 236 k.M. I request to conductor...

Yesterday 13.01.16 we were at cemetry junction stop from 5.20 to 6.15 we couldn't get any buses to thoppumpady side, at 6.15 we asked two policemen pass through that vehicle on their motor vehicle & asked why buses are not coming but we could see buses were going to chittoor anyone of it not come back. then they stopped vehicle & call somebody for 5 to 10 min but they couldn't give any proper direction of the bus; they told due to ayyappankavil ulsavam buses may go through some other way. It is not fair to do to the people who worked and stood there to get private buses. Most are ladies. atleast you traffic police or the authorities of that temple must give proper guidence to the people. we didn't get even an auto to reach highcourt. some buses were redirected through gosree & some through tata oilmill road. today also this will happen. As per the arch at Cemetry junction ULSAVAM will end only by 17th jan 2016. Please treat this most urgent & help us.

Private Bus driver in Bangalore Purposely hit me on the bike while in traffic area and i got wounded in my hand near marathallai and scolded me along with their 2 conductors.They are driving very harsh.While i was taking photo of the bus number Conductor telling "do whatever you want no boby can touch us". Passengers safety in local private buses

I have to advise you that local buses are not adhering the govt. Of himachal pradesh orders. In almost all the buses the drivers are playing music and that too very loud. This has been banned by the govt. For the safety of the passengers.
2. It has also been observed that some of the private buses are driven by the conductors of the buses. It should also be checked by the transport authorities. In this connection i have one suggestion that the driving license (Photocopy) of the driver who is running the bus should be displayed in the bus. So that the passengers should feel safe while travelling in the local buses.

Overloading of passengers.
Almost all the private local buses are overloaded with the passenger and the conductors and driver of the buses are still waiting for the passengers. For the safety of the passengers this should be checked by the transport authorities / traffic police officials doing their duties at the respective points. The overloading should immediately banned and the vehicle should be fined for two to three times. If repeated by the drivers the route permit of the concerned bus should be cancelled. It has also been observed that the transport authority with the help of the police have taken the above measures for few days. But the same is time and again repeated by the private local bus owners / drivers.

I and my mother were travelling on Dt: 25.04.2015 by a private bus from Kottiyam to Kannanalloor (Kollam district, kerala) by a private bus named RKV having number 3999. I have given 105 rs for two tickets of 7 rs each. The conductor gave tickets (total 14 rs.) and returned balance 1 rs. When I asked the conductor to give balance 90 rs, he denied to give and misbehaved and used bad languages and told me that i have given him only 15 rs. How can i prove that i have given him 105 rs. In front of all passengers, he insulted a lot, and made me a thief woman and didn’t returned 90 rs.. I am a gazetted officer and i was helpless to prove myself to be honest before him. Conductor's behaviour to me, was very dirty.So please restrict bus conductor's misbehaviour to women passengers in Kottiyam -Kundara RKV Private bus (No: 3999), that comes 4.45pm in Kannanalloor.

Bus no. Pb08dz3631 On date 5 feb 2015 travelling from jalandhar bus stand to lovely professional university(cheeru).Nh1 15 km. As diesel prices are down from past few months but the bus conductors of above bus are taking the same price that is rs 15. But other buses like sutlej, onkar are taking 10 rs for the same distance i have proof of two same copies of different Bus fares. Please help.

bus named JERAMIAH starts service from ayarkkunnam kottayam to cherthala. through kallara which is the only bus in morning . so many passengers depend on the same but the driver couldn't take the passengers from each bus stop.otherwise he will stop the bus away from the bus stop.driver & cleaner torches the passengers & using bad words. we are in trouble. please do the needful.

I was book my from hyderabad to Bangalore . on that day bus was cancel . I am already get the message from operator. But goibibo people is not refund my money. Even they are giving irresponsible to the customer. Goibibo are froude . please do not book ticket through goibibo. " don't book the ticket with goibibo"

Dear sir my name is preetha am doing my montessari training course in sree narayana public school,vadakaevilla kollam..I daily travel in AVK bus from kallumthazham to S.N Public school..our school have issued me a identity card with my course details.,Today afternoon 2-9-2013 I traveled in that AVK bUS after my class got over... I took the bus from our school stoping S N public school.myself and my friend got into the bus asked for ST the conductor aasked for ID card I gave my card by seeing my card he asked what course and he dont to read that course name I told him its a teachers training course..then started scolding me for you all no ST cant be issued,petrol and disel rate are hike now,and you are sshowing some card and started scolding very badly using slang language..., That AVK comes from mevarum or kottiyam am not sure but will stop in SN public school at 12.30 to 12.40 inbetween that time this bus comes..,I dont know the conductor name and bus number he is a new conductor today I saw a old age man...please take my complaint seriously and take a action against that conductor for using slang language against women and insulting infront of all passengers., Thanking you

Dear sir,

I was travelling on Dt: 26.05.2013 by a private bus from Sambalpur to Bargarh. When I asked the conductor to give ticket he denied to give and when I started asking for ticket repeatedly, the conductor and driver started misbehaving and used slang languages. When I told I will complaint, he threatened, used hand over me and told - "Do u know who is the bus owner? The local ministers often visit to his house and salutes him. The consumer deptt. can't do anything to us. Go and do whatever you want..." Then the bus conductor dropped me in the midway.

I request you the take some serious action against the bus driver and conductor for :
1. Misbehaving and underestimating Consumer Deptt.
2. Not providing bus ticket.
3. Bus driver and conductor were drunken while driving.

I have a complaint against a bus conductor of Michaels bus with number (KL-05-P-6606, route Pala-Ponkunnam).The incident happened on 06-january 2013 at 5:30PM between Pala and 12th mile. I took Rs.6/- ticket (Ticket number: 24317) and gave him Rs.11/- because i only had Rs.1 as coin.Nobody else can identify how he is writing Rs.6 on ticket except him. When i asked him for Rs.5/- balance and he started shouting at me and he didnt give me balance.
Please take action against him.

I am just an employee in Serco BPO since 2 weeks only. And i am new in Bangalore and i don't know fare in buses. But in the Bangalore, the private buses doesn't give a ticket for any passenger. So when i was traveling i gave 30 rs which is worth of only 15 rs fare. So i requesting you to please do something before someone will affect like me.

bus named sijo which plies between mamootilkadavu and kottiyam at 9 a.m dosent stop at kankathumukku which is the only bus for the students and working class. the bus dosent stop at kankathumukku which has made travelling through this place very uncomfortable and inconvenient. so pls take an urgemt step in this regrd

I work for a ambulance service and I am a regular traveller in private bus during evening 7last day 13/11/2010 i got into a bus named Simla (Perumpadappu-kakkand)KL 7 BE 4999, i gave the conductor 50/- Rs for 7/- rs ticket he gave me 3/- Rs back and told will give the rest wen i get down, when i reached half of my journey i asked him he went angry and told me to be patient , afterworlds conductor was replaced , when i asked for the amt/- the new conductor abused me very well i was ashamed among the passengers also i didn't get the amount.

please do something these bus employees is like a mafia ,what should i do ?
