Professional Courier Bangalore — not delivered

One courier was sent for me from chennai to bangalore consign no-BLR [protected] .what happend to this courier i am eagarly waiting for this . 4days got over till not received . if i my sender has sent from indian post(for 5 rupees) i would have got with in two day to bangalore from chennai. What professional courier is doing ? service charges are high but service is not good costomercare numbers are not in use that i have tried (chn,blr ).

There is no update about this consignment in their own portal ,customer care numbers are not functional . Most importantly that couries has alticket for feb 14 exam 9pm but till i did not get . i am going to loss my tommorrow exam . This is the worst experience that i had with proffessional courier services,
