[Resolved]  Professional Courier — WORST SERVICE

My document was sent from Mumbai to Hyderabad. But after 3 days it was not received. When I went for inquiry in Hyderabad, they told it is still in Mumbai. When I contacted Mumbai Corporate office & Mumbai Call Center of Professional Courier. They simply disconnected my phone calls instead of giving proper reason. They kept me irritating for 3 hours & no proper answer. One Mr. George Joseph was talking such a way that, I feel a layman also was far better person in place of him. Further I appeal strict action should be taken against organisations like PROFESSIONAL COURIER. REALLY THEY ARE EXACTLY OPPOSITE TO THEIR NAME. IT SHOULD BE UNPROFESSIONAL.
