[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Items missing | |
A parcel containing sweets was sent through Professional courier from Mumbai to be delivered to Trivandrum Infosys. By the time parcel reached the intended, most of the items were missing. It was basically an assortment of costly sweets and somebody has teared the cover and taken the major chunk of it.Icalled up the courier office and their response was it could have happened while loading the parcel into aeroplane and taht they cant do anything about it. my friend had sent his used mobile for me through professional courier.but when i called my regional office they said they had no home delivery.so i told them i will go to the office and collect it.but they said they will send it to a shop near my house & i have to collect it from there.the next day i have collected the courier, but the mobile & charger is missing.only data cable and headphone were there inside the pack.what should i do?

Treat this with high priorty...One of friend from Chennai has sent me a greeting card along with three cd's. Unfortunately i've received only the card and the three cd's are missing.
I want the authorities to please deal and recover my cd's.

I booked old cell phone with Consignment No: Hyd 07842423 to Vidya anagar, Nellore on 31/10/2008 after geat followup to your people consignment reached to address fainaly we find that Items were missing in the box, only empty box reached there. So pl gothrpugh the issue and find how items were missed and try to find it back and do needful to me.
