[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Very late delivery | |
i was recently offered a job at wipro bpo, subject to the production of certain documents in original at the time of joining, which was on the 16th of march 2009, at 9 a.m. sharp. the above said documents were despatched by my former employersfrom Aizawl, Mizoram via Professional Couriers, Consigment No.556127 dated 06/03/2009. in spite of this the documents failed to arrive on time( and i was consequently not allowed to report for work at the stipulated date ). furthermore the office of Professional couriers in Aizawl were not picking up my calls. VERY VERY POOR & CALLOUS DELIVERY SERVICE:
First time, assuming of good service, I booked one urgent document, from Bangalore to Delhi on 11 Sep 09, after getting assurance from the counter receiving clerk that 48 Hrs delivery time, (NO; BLR[protected], till 15th Not consignment not delivered///////but at last with my follow up on 16th with Bangalore, Delhi, Branch, it was delivered at 1750 Hrs. But my purpose remained unsolved. Also while talking to Mumbai HO, their receptionist was so rude and rough behavior asking me in a harsh language to contact your Bangalore office.
Now I would like to know from any customer, that anybody received their consignment within India within 48 Hrs delivery time while sending through Professional courier.
I think name should have been changed to UN(professional courier).
