[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Non delivery of the Consignment

I booked some important documents Through Professional Couriers Chembur Branch, Mumbai on Jul 10, 2009. The same was to be delivered in Visakhapatnam and the challan number is[protected]. The same was not delivered till 19th Jul 2009. I was folowing up for the past 4 days(16, 17, 18, 19th) but to avail. I was being told that there are no service boys in Vizag that is the reason why it is being delayed. I am getting the same reply on a daily basis.

Please help.

From Malur branch (pin code : 563130), we booked two boxes (Fans) on 15-july-2009.
The same has to be delivered to
KNND Associates Pvt. Ltd., Door # 4-2-259, Opp. Gacia Furniture, Bijay Church Cross Road, Mangalore 575003 & Contact Person Mr.Raghavendra Holla mobile No.:[protected]. & Challan No.; 628510.

The same was not delivered till 25th Jul 2009. I was folowing up for the past 4 days but to avail. I was being told that we get back to you but they dont come back. I am getting the same reply on a daily basis.

Mr Manish Arora from VIJAYAWADA (HUB) had sent me a parcel Track no.[protected] through TRACKON Couriers on 28.08.09. They sent this to my following address.

But yet now it is not delivered to me.Then i contacted to above Couriers at HYDERABAD center, they confirmed me that they had not received any Parcel from VIJAYAWADA (HUB) but the status on their site was the parcel is moved to HYDERABAD..I contacted the nearest TRACKON courier center at BHILWARA.
They are also not able to help me.
Can you please help me, because the parcel is very much important to me.

I have sent some importand papers through Professional Courier on 28.08.2009 Evening from Ahmedabad to Kerala vide Consignment Number AMD4467872. Till today the person has not received the papers. Please solve my problem andarrange for the delivery of the same at the earliest or let me know the problem.

The Professional courier in Kalina branch. are minting money. they take cash & reciept but no Proof of Delivary is given.Inspite of reminderout of 300 documents only 50 Pod are recieved that too after a month. & return copies/ document are not sent promptly iwithin one week.
this is the service of Professional courier. i firmlythink that the person sitting in the Kalina branch is under are not well qualified as a manager to handle. he takes cash. & not document is delivered.

Professional courier Kalina Branch is meant for their WORST service.
Customer care hardly bothers about complaints.
They say, the receiver should not file any complaint...only the sender has to register any complaint.
