[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — POOR SERVICES OF PROFESSIONAL COURIERS

Sir!
My son Master OMER FAROOQ is subscriber of "CHAM0PAK” English Fortnightly published from Delhi. (The subscription bearing No. is 11005/[protected], B[protected] N-200625)They are sending the CHAMPAK by Professional Courier, since beginning the local distributor of professional courier, failed to give home delivery. When they are receiving the said magazine they are giving me miss call by mobile phone and telling me that come and collect the courier, otherwise they will send back the courier.
In this connection I am requesting you take necessary action against the local distributor, M/s Professional courier Centre, Near Rajaram Gate Beside ICIC Bank, ARMOOR 503224, Dist NIZAMABAD A.P and make sure to give home delivery of said magazine . in this connection i have been submitted written complaint on (1) dated 20- May 2012 (by mail) (2) Registered Post Dated[protected], but the professional courier services did not taken any action in this regard.
