Hi, I want to lodge a complaint against this fraud firm running in Delhi (Nehru Place). I got myself enrolled 8-10 months ago and when i requested for the service on 11th Aug 2013; i was made fool for 2-4 hours and afterwards told to get it done by myself. The customer service team on the mentioned number [protected] are bunch of goons with no manners and customer issues handling skills. They are trained to lie to enrolled customers. There Boss running this office named Ravinder is never in the office to listen to customer grievances. Its been more than 15 days when i was promised refund of INR 600 and they are disconnecting my call and behaving rudely. One person also said that i can complain anywhere i want to and they will take care of it by bribing the concerned person/department/body as everyone is corrupt. That's the heights audacity; where uneducated people have no fear of running illegal/fraud firms. My membership number is C098. Please do look into the matter and take proper action against these goons; who are eating people hard earned money and threatening them when getting caught. Vikas Kumar
