[Resolved]  Prompt Auto Services Pvt Ltd — Service not on time

Hi,

I had regiser with Prompt Auto Services Pvt Ltd for on road help if there is any problem in Bike i had registerd to Bike passion plus and thye had provide a cared where Membership no is A9855

I had call to his customer care no [protected] for there is punture in bike and they people reponsd me to that it will take 30-35 min i had say ok but quite sure not more this he had say ok , i had once again call to him and they people say it will on road near sector 11 Metro Hospital when i am waiting at sector 12 Metro hospital so it will take 10 min more ,

I say ok no issue i ma waiting after 20 min i called to him they people not pick the phone, i had try more then 20 time and after 20 i had revive a call from the number [protected] that there is accident and another person was moving at annad vihar it will take more 30 min .

So i want justified to me that they had commit that i had receive service with in 30 min but they people ask for another 20-25 min so i want return to my money with penalty clause for the rs of 5000

I have request with consumer court that punish to this kind agencies and provide to me 5000 Rs as punishment with my registration amount
