[Resolved] Property Dealer — Not return my money | |||
Hi Time is nov 2011 ,I have meet one property dealer for purchaseing one plats,which is 2 room set,area is 40 gaj,at same time property dealer give me more than one option for purchase flats.i liked one flats,at same time and same day dealer told me give advance in rupees 10% of flats, truly speaking i am unknown person in purchase and selling property, Overall i am paid 60000 thousand Rs for property without any checking of document of property,means property dealer is no produce any type document of property.after some time i have to meet dealer ,i told u give alls original documents of property,dealer not give me original document of property.some he give me some document of property but alls are not complete papers. After that i am not satisfied with alls papers and meet propeerty dealer for refund my money,which is already i have to paid. Property Dealer — cheater
Hi,This is to inform you all that please be aware of property dealers in delhi, specially in dwarka.ou might be cheated.Property dealer named "ARJAN MARWA", he is a cheater, he can befool you by showing flats in dwarka,then he will take money on the name of token money and from next day onwards he wont be accessible.He is such a cheap person.he deals with partners.
