[Resolved]  Property Tax — received wrong property tax

I am a resisdent of gurukrupa society.I received property tax receipt with warrant notice on 24.12.2008. I am very surprised that first time i have received property tax receipt included with fine amount of RS2807 & warrant also.I want know what is my mistake.Why shouls i pay fine.It is not only for me, all the resisdent of our society facing same thing.Can get justice.I was visited PMC office but i have not get any help.My property ID is O/G/07/03471025. If anybody help i will be very greatful to him.
