Dear Sir,

This is a very grave issue, as Govt. money is systematically managed by officers handling this very particular counters, The people here remains in contact with the contact person, so that the wrong amount is sent to the owners of property, This issue is worked out as smart move, because the area wise assessment becomes a wealth bed for them, these people dont issue receipt to people who pay their dues etc, why are we not getting individual paid receipt, 13000/- annually is a big amount and these people dont except cheque payment they prefer cash, another way to systematically mint money. we want receipt for what we pay and that too by cheque as Govt knows that the money is paid vise versa,
Here we all know that these people who use methods to cheat people are equal as terror into the lives of innocent people, These people be called terrorist, as they loot people by showing as white collars thief, cheating the Govt.and people, and our system right from our judicial being most corrupt, giving much help and blessing to these stupid people in Govt offices,
