My name is Agnes Paul, we have bought a new flat in Pallikaranai in May 2009 and moved in in August 2009. I have not recevied the allotment letter from my builder as he says its not applicable for Panchayat. We have visited Pallikaranai Panchayat office twice and no one seems to be able to tell me how I can pay my property tax. First of all I do not have property tax card even.
