Provident Fund — Provident fund not release

Dear sir madam

I have submitted my provident withdrawal form in the month of Nov 2008 my pf no are - MH/44546/738 and MH/44546/40451 I was employee of Indiainfoline ltd

Pls let me know still how much time will take it to release the PF in my bank account coz as per law PF should be release withing one month of form submition, i have submit forms 25 nov 08
also no body is piking the phone call at PF office at mumbai

I have resigned my job from Amey Worldwide and ask the management to clear my PF through bank credit. They said that they have submitted my PF applocation in the month of May 2009. Till date not yet credited into my account and its elapsed3 months. My PF No is. MH/124370/08. Kindly look into the matter and set right my problem.
